About Us
At Aspyre Behaviour Consulting, we develop programs for individuals with and without developmental disabilities grounded in evidence-based strategies, comprehensive assessments, practical programming, and regular evaluations. Our programs use techniques derived from Applied Behaviour Analysis and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to develop, implement, and monitor programming through set standards in the field.
In addition, we provide data analytic services to companies through the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. We use data to tell a story of companies current landscape. Through our data analysis, we support companies in developing better policies to better their goals and objectives.
Our Team
We have over 15 years of experience working with the community and we deliver interventions to people with Mental Health, Brain Injuries, Dual Diagnosis, ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, Anxiety Disorders, and Behavioural Disorders.
In addition, our team includes data analysts who are skilled in statistical methods. As a result, we pride ourselves on providing organizations with the data analysis they need to assess and improve services.
Our team is made up of professionals skilled in a variety of disciplines. To assure that our clients are always in good hands, select staff are also trained in Assist and Mental Health First Aid.

Our process for providing exceptional behavioural services
Behaviour Assessment and Support Plan:
- Referral and intake process (initial consultation) will be completed by Social Worker or Behaviour Consultant.
- Assessment stage includes observations, interviews with family, guardians, and other important figures.
- Review of previous reports and documentation.
- Review of data—we will request for antecedent, behaviour, and consequence data collection, which will be reviewed by our behaviour therapist/consultant.
- Review data and collaborate with care team (family, professionals, staff).
- Develop assessment report to be reviewed with staff and/or family and individual (as appropriate).
- Support plan will be developed in consultation with staff and/or family and individual (as appropriate).
- Once support plan is developed, a meeting will be held with guardians for approval and signatures.
- Plan will be implemented and reviewed (as stipulated in the plan) with changes made as necessary.
